Moon
The moon is beautiful. It is very essential for the planet Earth and for every planet in the solar system. We need the moon because it helps control the weather and ocean tides. It has no atmosphere, which means no sound, no protection from cosmic rays and meteorites, and huge temperature variations. It has quakes, mountains, craters, and flat planes called 'seas'. There are many different moons. Jupiter has 92 moons that have been officially confirmed. The first man to set foot on the Moon in 1969 was Neil Armstrong on the Apollo 11 mission, while the last man to walk on the Moon in 1972 was Gene Cernan on the Apollo 17 mission.
I love how you explained your experience with the moon Nezthiel Guzman. It's almost as if you have visited the moon. Although one thing I really enjoyed was how you explained and described the moon as it is. There are many sayings out there, one of them being my favorite. It is "Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you will land among the stars".
ReplyDeleteI like your post in explaining how the moon works. What are the controls and purposes of the moon. Some unique and interesting facts which I didn’t know of the moon. How you mentioned the many different moons and the 92 moons Jupiter has and the first man to set foot on the moon.
